Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms apply when you use PersonalLoans.ph (the "site"), operated by Dominet. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What we do (and don't do)
PersonalLoans.ph is a free comparison and information website. We show information about partner lenders and loan-matching platforms, run a loan matcher, publish guides, and can pass your request to partners if you ask us to. We are not a lender, bank, financing company or broker. We don't lend money, make credit decisions, set interest rates or fees, or guarantee that you will be approved. Any loan is a contract between you and the lender alone.
2. Not financial advice
Everything on the site is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice, and doesn't consider your personal situation. Matcher results are a ranking of partner lenders based on information those lenders publish. It is not a recommendation or loan offer. Before you borrow, read the lender's full terms, check the total cost (interest and all fees), and make sure you can afford the repayments.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep lender details (including SEC registration and Certificate of Authority numbers) accurate, but lenders change their products, rates and terms without telling us. Always confirm the details on the lender's own site and verify their registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission at sec.gov.ph before applying. If you spot an error, please tell us.
4. Third-party sites
Links to lenders and other sites take you to websites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content, products, decisions or collection practices.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our forms.
- Give accurate information and only submit details about yourself.
- Don't misuse the site: no spam, automated scraping, attempts to break security, fake submissions or click fraud.
- Never enter ID numbers, bank or card details, passwords or OTPs in our forms.
6. How we make money
We may earn a commission from partners when you click through, apply or are approved. This is how the site stays free. Read our Affiliate Disclosure & Disclaimer.
7. Your privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Our content
Text, guides, design and logos on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit to PersonalLoans.ph, but please don't copy whole pages or republish our content without permission. Lender names and logos belong to their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on its information, or any loan or dealings you have with a lender or other third party. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
10. Changes and availability
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it. We may suspend or remove features without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions? Contact us.
