Frequently asked questions
- Does PersonalLoans.ph lend money?
- No. We are an affiliate / CPA comparison and lead marketplace. We do not issue loans, hold deposits, or operate as a lending company.
- Does a match guarantee approval?
- Never. Lenders make their own credit decisions. Our matcher only ranks the partner lenders we work with against your answers, using amounts, speed and requirements published on each lender's own site.
- How does the loan matcher choose lenders?
- We only list lenders we have a partnership with. Each one is scored on whether its published loan amounts cover what you need, how fast it says it decides, whether it accepts your type of income, and how simple its requirements are. Anything a lender doesn't publish is treated as neutral. We don't guess. If nothing is a strong fit, we show a loan-matching platform first, since it compares many lenders at once.
- Do you have an SEC lending license?
- No. We are a comparison website, not a lending or financing company, so we do not hold a Certificate of Authority. Lenders are responsible for their own SEC registration and compliance. Our compare page shows their SEC details where we have verified them.
- Is this free for borrowers?
- Using our matcher and comparison is free. We may earn a commission from partners if you become a lead or customer. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
- What happens to my data?
- We use your details to match you with partners and to run the site, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit government ID numbers, OTPs or passwords in our forms.
